Placemaking within the masterplan
Our masterplanning and architecture incorporate a placemaking approach: shaping a development’s spatial identity and connecting public or shared spaces, circulation, landscape and amenities with the experience of residents and visitors. These decisions are considered alongside the brief and project phases, rather than added as a branding layer at the end.
