We design villas, commercial projects and hospitality spaces in Punta Cana and Bávaro with attention to shade, ventilation, indoor–outdoor transition and operations. Tropical response is part of the architecture, not a decorative layer.

Climate, coast and design
In the east, design responds to intense sun, breeze, salt air, heavy rain and hurricane season. We prioritise deep shade, overhangs, natural ventilation and materials that resist humidity and corrosion, alongside the rules of each gated community.
